Annual Sales Return - 2025
We have compiled Vapemart product information into downloadable templates to assist retailers with preparing their own annual sales return for submission to the Vaping Regulatory Authority. These files contain general product details only and are provided as a reference to support your reporting process.
Note : If some product data is missing from the template, this means we are currently awaiting confirmation or final information from the supplier.

Need detailed purchase data?
If you require a detailed report of your purchases from Vapemart (for example, quantities supplied or transaction history), you may request this by emailing us.
Once requested, the report will be uploaded to your customer portal.
Submission reminder
You should have received a unique submission link from the Ministry to complete your annual return.
Reporting period: 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025
Submission deadline: 31 January 2026

Responsibility for completing and submitting the annual return rests solely with the retailer.
