We are based in New Zealand and operate specifically within the New Zealand regulatory and retail environment. Our wholesale operations are structured to support approved New Zealand vape retailers with locally managed supply and products that meet current regulatory requirements.

New Zealand wholesale orders are typically dispatched within one working day. Delivery timeframes vary by location and courier service, but most orders are delivered within standard overnight courier timeframes once dispatched.
Delivery is available to physical business addresses only. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Payment details are provided to approved wholesale customers once a trade account has been established and an order has been confirmed.
