Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Product Type: This policy applies exclusively to unopened vape products purchased by retailers from Engima Ltd T/A Vapemart.
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase. We believe this period offers sufficient time for retailers to assess their sales and inventory needs
Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging will be eligible for returns. Opened or used products will not be accepted due to the nature of the products.

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@vapemart.co.nz. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be issued as store credit to the retailer's account with Vapemart. This credit can be used for future purchases. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. This fee compensates for inventory handling and restocking.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Items must be returned in original condition.
